Most practitioners have a hearts calling to practice, a heart desire. The practicalities and challenges of running a successful practice can mean that stresses and worries can overpower the clarity of your hearts vision.


Our minds can worry, but when we connect – reconnect – remember and feel the heart – we find that we just know the right next steps.


During the workshop we will reignite the heart:

  • Experience a meditative practice to connect to the heart chakra.
  • Listen to and have compassion for the worries of the mind
  • Listen to and activate the wisdom of the heart

  Facilitated by Gyanamala and Anna, this workshop is for all practitioners of any modality – just starting or experienced.
