Women's Healing Circle

What is Women’s Healing Circle?

An open monthly group in which we women can heal and meditate together, as well as verbally share our hearts, souls and journeys in a way that is deeply honouring of self and others, genuine, loving, nurturing, open and meaningful.

It is a space where you can share your burdens and connect with support in times of hardship, where you are heard with deep love, acceptance and appreciation. Where wounds and patterns of the past can be healed, released and transformed with the love and support of your fellow sisters. It is also a space of celebration, where your achievements and moments of growth and transformation can be openly acknowledged, witnessed and honoured.

Each month after sharing time, you are then guided through a group meditation and healing process with a specific goal or healing intention. There is then a little more sharing time, for reflection upon the journey of the evening.

The only requirement to you attending is that you be human and be ready to have fun, laugh, cry, go with the flow and grow in so many wonderful ways.

When: The last Wednesday of every month, 7pm-10pm
