Breathwork
Using the breath, focussing on breathing fully in and out, is a doorway into yourself, to discover what is behind thoughts and external life and release and realise what your body and being is wanting to reveal to you. Breathwork is a wonderful tool for releasing held emotions and thoughts and gaining clarity, perspective, connection and love for yourself.
Breathwork (also known as Rebirthing) can produce profound effects. It brings more awareness, healing and integration to the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our being.
Experiences that have occurred to many people during rebirthing sessions are:
