Steff Kemp - Yogalates ™  

Yogalates™ brings the core stability focus of Pilates into the yoga room, combining strengthening and stretching postures with the breath to develop a strong, supple body and peace of mind.  It reduces back pain and stress levels while improving posture and mobility. With emphasis on modification for individual needs, no previous experience is necessary.

Steff is a relaxed and encouraging teacher with a keen interest in helping people become more balanced in body, mind and spirit.
